The 2,569 piece Corner Garage is amazing! It has amazing details plus 6 Minifigures, gas station owner, mechanic, vet, woman, man, and a girl! The Corner Garage also has 5 lego pets, bunny, parrot, dog, frog and fish figures! The Corner Garage is supposed to connect to the Downtown Diner but it can go next to any building to make it your own lego city. The 3 floors in this set are a garage, a vets office, and an apartment.

LEGO Creator Expert Downtown Diner (10260)

This lego set has 3 floors, a diner, a gym, and an apartment/music studio. It also comes with 6 Minifigures: a chef, waitress, boxer, rock star, band manager and a bodybuilder. The downtown diner is (34cm) tall, 9” (25cm) wide and 9” (25cm) deep and has 2480 pieces!

This set is the biggest in the bunch, with 4,002 pieces it has almost double the amount of regular modular buildings! It also is half a baseplate bigger than the usual set. The detail is outstanding in this set and they really look like real buildings! There are three floors on each building the floors are a music store, a music studio, a cafe, a bakery, a photography studio, and a dentist’s office. It also has eight Minifigures, a dentist, barista, baker, florist, music store assistant, dancer, photographer, and a LEGO fan, plus baby!

This set is a pretty cool and unique set. It has 2,032 pieces and is 10 inches (25.5cm) wide and 10.5 inches (26.5cm) high. The pet shop has a dog, a cat, 2 parrots, and a fish tank with goldfish, 3 dog bones, a ball, a frog toy, a birdhouse, a bucket, and a brush. This modular set has the most animals in it out of all of them.

This is the tallest Lego modular set made, It has 3 stories: The auditorium, the mayor’s office, and a meeting room. There is also a working elevator! There is a little stick sticking out of the back of the building that you can use to pull the elevator up and down. It goes to all the floors except the roof. The town hall comes with 8 Minifigures: mayor, secretary, bride and groom, press woman, janitor, and 2 children. It also has 2,766 pieces.

The Lego Green Grocer is one of the oldest modular sets and is the third-largest modular set measuring at 10 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 14 inches tall. Since this set is a grocery store it comes with all different types of Lego fruit and vegetables like apples, bananas, cherries, and carrots. There are three floors in this set, the first floor is half grocery store half lobby, the second and third floor are apartments.

On the second-floor apartment, there is a fireplace, 2 red curtains, an old clock, and 2 balconies. On the right side of the building, there are beautiful bay windows and stairs inside to go up to the apartments. The Grocery store has 2 glass refrigerators, a register, and a shiny tile floor.
